If the lights on the remote control flash continuously, the battery is incorrectly inserted.

For parasols up to four metres side length, we recommend two lights per parasol. For larger parasols, four lights per parasol.

The operating time with two LED strips is about 15 hours, with four LED strips about seven hours. Due to the constant standby, a slow discharge of the powerbank takes place in standby mode. If the Lume-1 smart is not used for a longer period of time, we recommend switching off the powerbank to ensure the charge level. To do this, you can simply disconnect the USB cable from the powerbank, it will then switch off after about 30 seconds.

Yes, the battery pouch has a velcro closure, inside it is the powerbank which can be easily swapped.

In principle, yes, but for secure fastening the struts should be at least 640 mm long and 16 mm wide. For parasols from 400 x 400 cm we recommend four light strips, for larger parasols from 600 x 600 cm there are additional extension cables (50 cm per cable).

As a rule, the set of 2 per shade is sufficient; however, if you notice that it is not enough for you or you would like to illuminate more tables, you can optionally order the matching extension set.

In the scope of supply appropriate assembly material is present, you can bring the strips with cable ties at the struts on the desired position and optionally provide with the self-drilling screws.

Yes, provided they are protected by an intact covering. The Lume-1 smart components are splash-proof on all sides (IP54 according to DIN EN 60529), but not absolutely waterproof! Therefore, avoid contact with any liquids.

You can assign as many lights as you like to the total of four groups on the remote control. For example, several sunshades can be controlled differently and with only one remote control.

The color programs are also listed here and colors are named as color programs.

The “<” (previous program) and “>” (next program) buttons on the remote control are used to control the color programs (colors). Please note the list of 20 different color programs on page 13 of the manual [LINK].

Quick tip: Press and hold the left button “<” for about 3 seconds, you will reach the first color program “1 – White”.

Press and hold the right button “>” for about 3 seconds, you will reach the last color program “20 – Rainbow”.

If the colors do not change here, please press the “SPEED UP” button once or twice, at the latest then the color change should start.

The more often you press the “SPEED UP” button, the faster the color change. With the “SLOW DOWN” button, you can set a slower color change.
